Observing families together to monitor that the basic needs of the children are being met
Through sensitive and respectful observation of family interactions, we monitor that the fundamental needs of children are being consistently met. We support families in developing positive routines and establishing healthy boundaries, helping to create a stable and nurturing home environment.
Our approach is primarily observational, allowing families to maintain their independence, while offering practical, hands-on support where this is beneficial and appropriate.
Detailed reports are produced following our work and shared with the Local Authority. These reports can inform Child Protection Conferences and court proceedings where required. Parents may also request access to these reports through their social worker.
