We provide professional supervised contact services, which can take place either within the family home or in community settings, depending on individual needs and agreed arrangements.
Our experienced support workers facilitate contact between parents and children, siblings, and extended family members, ensuring that all interactions are managed safely, respectfully, and in line with agreed plans.
All staff are trained in report writing, and a comprehensive, detailed report is completed following each session. These reports are suitable for use in care planning and court proceedings where required.
To support safety and engagement, we can provide two support workers and transport where necessary.
At present, our contact services are offered exclusively through Local Authority referrals; however, this may be subject to change in the future.
